Romanspage Global - Our client is a leading consultancy firm which provides financial, business project advisory services focused on the entire real estate value chain. Our clients is also involved in the development sector, with an aim on socio-economic growth. 

They are reruiting to fill the vacant position below:

Job Title: Business Development Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Job Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
  • Determine clients' needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
  • Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
  • Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties' value
  • Display and market the real property to possible buyers
  • Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc)
  • Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills.

Qualifications

  • HND/B.Sc in Business Administration, Marketing and any related field.

Remuneration
Salary: N50.000.
