We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Female Front Desk Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Responsibilities

  • To welcome and guide the coming students and clients about the courses and services being offered by the institute, in a friendly and enthusiastic manner.
  • To maintain student record and disseminate information to them promptly
  • To collect fees from the students, promptly follow up debtors and take actions towards discontinuing the services they receive when balances are overdue, and manage all such records.
  • Filling, bookkeeping and scheduling of all companies business and administrative activities.
  • Maintaining a pleasant appearance of the reception area or lobby.
  • Assist in development of ideas and tools to increase company efficiency, help in creating publicity and manage.

Requirements

  • A Female
  • She must be very smart, fluent in writing and speaking English Language and must be able to use the computer well.
  • Applicants should stay close to Ikeja and should be enthusiastic about music.
