Townsend Property Investments Limited - A leading construction company in Nigeria with head office in Lagos and work site spread all over the country, is seeking to recruit focused, results-oriented and suitably qualified candidate to fill the position below: 

Job Title: Account Officer

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • Handle accounts payable and receivable
  • Maintain records of business costs, such as labor and material
  • Check invoices for inaccuracies
  • Reconcile accounts with the general ledger
  • Handle general account queries
  • Contact clients about invoices that are past due

Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience
  • OND or HND
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Great analytical skills
  • Eye for detail.
