Workforce Group - Our client, a leading Consulting firm on the Island, is urgently looking for suitable candidate to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Acquisition Executive

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Reports to: Deputy Manager

Job Summary

The Business Acquisition Executive will be directly involved in building a predictable pipeline of new business to generate repeatable and profitable revenues across the various Business Units.

Key Responsibilities

Develop product marketing strategy and the implementation: by improving the organization’s market position and achieve financial growth by getting new clients and retaining them.
Build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, negotiate and close business deals and maintain extensive knowledge of current market.
Develop base for long-term sources of clients by using referrals, occupational, and special-interest groups to compile lists of prospects.
Make accurate, rapid cost calculations and provide clients with quotations for every business package
Identify and resolve client complaints and enquires promptly.
Provide ongoing support and training to customers
Produce business reports and forecasts covering the territory sales.
Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.
Ensuring company remains proactive and responsive to prospective clients.
Assist in controlling expenses to meet company's budget guidelines.
Facilitates at least one internal training per year
Assist in making presentations on set targets and review of previous and planned activities during the weekly sales meeting.

Job Requirements

HND/B.Sc in any relevant discipline
3-5 years sales experience.
Proven track record of hitting targets and KPIs within a medical device sales role
Good communication and presentation skills
Preferred Location: - Yaba, Surulere, Obalende, Ikoyi, Ebute Metta, Victoria Island, Lekki Phase 1&2, Ajah, etc.

Remuneration
Attractive Basic pay plus commission
