Job Title: Site Supervisor/ Concreting Works Specialist
Location: Nigeria
Job Description
- Responsible for the safety of staffs and actively challenging unsafe or risky behavior.
- Responsible for Safe compliance of work in accordance with Company standards
- Responsible and accountable for the safe use of all machinery and equipment.
- Completion of daily checks and paperwork.
- Civil Engineering construction project work of at least 5 years and Supervisory management of work Sites.
Job Requirements
- Must have an extensive field experience and a good technical knowledge of construction industry technology.
- Must have a know-how in form working, steel fixing, steel piling.
- Must have a know-how in concreting - foundations, floors, beams.
- Must be able to supervise and coordinate activities/works on site.
- Must ensure compliance with all legal safety regulations and provide an up-to-the minute information on works situation to the management.
- Must be able to communicate in English.

Job Title: Project Manager (CDPM)
Location: Nigeria
Job Description
- Accomplishes construction human resource objectives by communicating job expectations; monitoring; adhering to policies and procedures.
- Manages sub-contractors by monitoring and controlling performance.
- Meets operational standards by contributing construction information to strategic plans and reviews; implementing productivity, quality, and Client/Architect standards.
- Resolves problems by identifying construction management system improvements.
- Meets construction budget by monitoring project expenditures; identifying variances; implementing corrective actions.
- Accomplishes construction project results by calculating resources required; standards and protocols; allocating resources; scheduling and coordinating staff and sub-contractors; evaluating milestone assumptions and conclusions; evaluating and implementing change orders.
- Conducts inspections at critical phases.
- Prevents fines and interruptions by complying with, and enforcing, codes.
- Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
- Updates job knowledge by tracking and understanding emerging construction practices and standards; reading professional publications.
- Enhances organization reputation by exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Prepares Reports to the Management on progress on site.
- Any other duties as deemed by the Management of the Company.

Job Title: Construction Project Programmer (CDCPP)
Location: Nigeria
Job Description
- Develop Construction/Tender Programs.
- Conduct site visits and look through the works and drawings when required.
- Review contractor schedules and schedule risk analysis.
- Produce progress/program reports in conjunction with Project & Construction Managers.
Job Requirements
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- Must have a diploma or a degree in a Construction discipline; good experience in planning ( minimum 5 years);
- Experience in the use of MS Project and Primavera Planning Software.
- Must be able to communicate in English.
