• Expanding the online communities.
• Escalation and Follow up on Customers complaints.
• Customer survey and Development of customer retention strategies.
• Development of brand awareness and online reputation.
• Compile reports for management showing results (ROI).
• Working with strategy, media and other departments to ensure cross channel alignment.
