Montana Industries Nigeria Limited, is a well managed chemicals distribution company and a major player in the procurement, distribution and marketing of construction chemicals.

We need a suitable and qualified candidate to fill the vacant position below:



Job Title: Secretary/Billing Executive
Location: Lagos
Job Description

  • Must know how to use computer and MS Office
  • Proper communication between different departments
  • Proper upkeep of office and filing of records
  • Maintain and restock stationery when required
  • Female candidate is preferable
  • Provide executive assistance to the General Manager
  • Sales billing and operations required for smooth sales activity
  • Coordinate between logistics/finance/warehouse and sales team
  • Input data entry when required for office management

Requirements

  • Academic Qualification: B.Sc/HND
  • Related Working Experience: 5+ years
