Job Description:
    •Support the Chief Enterprise Solutions Officer in developing a sales strategy and plan by providing strategic inputs and advice.
•Establish sales management process and procedures to support the sale of enterprise products and services, including bid management, sales management and contract management.
•Develop procedures for setting sales targets and monitoring sales performance.
•Drive and manage the Enterprise Solutions Sales team to meet and beat revenue and new business targets.
•Develop and implement an effective account management strategy which includes contact strategies, account development planning and sales pipelines.
•Identify sales training and development needs and manage skills enhancement programmes for the sales team to ensure that enterprise sales targets are fully met.
•Ensure integrated channel management, supported by appropriate systems such as Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
•Develop knowledge management systems to increase the professionalism of Enterprise Solutions Department.
•Provide sales performance data to support management decision-making.
•Support the sale of complex communications solutions in large corporate customer organizations (consultative-based selling) by developing effective counterpart relationships.
•Conduct analysis in order to manage performance levels of sales against market developments and corporative objectives.
•Develop and implement reseller agreements, distribution strategies and other sale opportunities.

Reporting To:     Chief Enterprise Solutions Officer
Required Skills:
    •At least15 years work experience which includes:
•Minimum of  6  years experience in Sales Management
•Experience in managing a national sales force
•Experience in developing sales strategies and performance metrics.
Employment Status :
    Contract
Qualification:
    A first degree in Business Administration or any other relevant discipline An advanced degree preferably in a business related discipline (e.g. MSc , MBA, etc)
