Royalsec Service Company Limited is one of the Pioneer indigenous Security Services Providers in Nigeria, and we are recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Lagos (Mainland)

Job Responsibilities

  • Developing growth strategies and plans
  • Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
  • Increasing client base
  • Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
  • Writing business proposals
  • Negotiating with stakeholders
  • Identifying and mapping business strengths and clients needs
  • Researching business opportunities and viable income streams
  • Following industry trends locally and internationally
  • Drafting and reviewing contracts
  • Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements
  • Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings
  • Communicating new product developments to prospective clients
  • Overseeing the development of marketing literature
  • Providing management with feedback

Requirements/qualifications

  • B.SC/HND or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5years experience in similar position
