Description:
Recording of data in log books and supervision of all the operators
Oversee product/micron changeover and plant start-up & stoppages
Supervise and responsible for all the machine parts cleaning during stoppage
Online Winder Inspection, handling of all the wastes and be involved in all the Maintenance jobs
Monitoring of all the critical parameters and equipments on daily basis
Fully responsible for the availability of ready Long Life Filter, before it is required
Cleaning, Assembling & dismantling of Long Life Filter
Coordinating with other departments to ensure the smooth run ability of plant
Proper monitoring of plant and inform HOD immediately for any abnormality
Maintaining safety in plant area by training others about the safe working environment
Other duties as assigned
Skills
Plant knowledge and experience of producing all types of BOPP Films.
Communication Skills
Leadership Skills
Good command on Computer skills
Excellent troubleshooting & material knowledge
Qualification
B.ENG/ B.SC/HND in Engineering or any Science course
Training and Certification (COREN is an added advantage)
A Minimum of four years work experience in process industry
