The position of Sales Representative consists of marketing Nglisting brand to merchants. Individuals in this position are committed to providing an unprecedented level of sales consultation and customer service.

Role Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements, to promote the Nglisting brand, and to provide sales support.
  • Contact businesses or private individuals in person to solicit sales and consulting services and explain Nglisting features and benefit.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of all training and consulting services offered by the Nglisting.
  • Help merchants set up account to allow for products upload.
  • Consult with merchants after signings to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support; maintain effective relationships with merchants by gaining their trust and respect.
  • Explain service offered by Nglisting to dissatisfied customers.
  • Keep records of merchant’s interactions and contact information’s; such as Business names or individual names.

Qualifications and requirements

  • OND / bachelor’s degree
  • Good knowledge of local sales region
  • A keen interest in the e-commerce Industry
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to use logic and reason to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions.
