First Excelsia Professional Services - Our client, a leading Financial Institution in the Mortgage Banking Sector, is looking to hire a seasoned HR professional to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head, Human Resources and Administration

Location: Lagos

Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

  • Developing strategies to ensure a high Employee Engagement is maintained at all time
  • Managing the recruitment, training, performance management, promotion and severance processes
  • Overseeing and supervise the preparation of the annual Admin and staff cost budget of the Bank
  • Ensuring that the compensation structure and reward system are competitive and motivational to attract and retain the right talent
  • Managing the office environment and ensuring that it remains safe, secure and well-maintained at all time.

Requirements

  • Relevant University degree(s)
  • MBA/relevant Masters in HR related subject
  • Membership of CIPM, CIPD or SPHR is compulsory
  • Minimum of 10 years relevant experience in human resource administration in a good organization
  • Experience in the financial services sector is preferred.
