Our client is a fully Nigerian company with global engineering, construction, building and maintenance pedigree with an in-house engineering capability. The client has expertise on complex infrastructure projects within the Mining, Marine, Building, Oil, and Gas, Water, Rail, Power, Petrochemical and Transport sectors.

Due to expansion and continue growth, the company requires dynamic, self motivated and highly skilled professionals to occupy the the below position of:

Job Title: Piping Engineer

Key Accountabilities

  •      Be a key part of a project team of a Piping Engineers and will be performing and checking piping stress analysis work on project
  •      Exercise guidance to staff in the preparation of piping materials and valve specs.
  •      Ensure Engineering Coordination with the other Sections, produce complete and consistent Engineering-Dossier
  •      In piping design, modeling and hydraulic analysis
  •      Ensure recognized engineering practices applicable to piping design and topside plant layout are adopted.


Experiences

  •      Minimum of 5-8 years vast design experience in hydrocarbons and power industry.
  •      LNG experience will be an added advantage.


Qualification And Requirements

  •      Bsc/ HND in Mechanical Engineering.
  •     Post specialization and membership of relevant professional bodies will be an added advantage.
  •      Candidate must be fluent in the use of Autopipe, WinNozzle,, codecaic and other software related to pipe stress analysis.
