Fadac Resources and Services Limited - Our client is an infrastructure investment and development catalyst dedicated to leveraging partnerships for value investing in Africa’s infrastructure.

Due to expansion, they are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Location: Ewekoro, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

  • Executes current and long-term objectives, plans, and policies, approved by the board of directors.
  • Advises, guides directs and oversees major plans and MRO facilities procedures, consistent with established international standards and board approval
  • Manages technical partnerships with OEMs; including knowledge transfer and local competence development
  • Manages operational performance of MRO facilities against agreed objectives and KPIs
  • Establishes, facilitates, and maintains an effective system of communication between key stakeholders:anchor clients, transporters, sponsors, and board
  • Represents the MRO facilities with major customers, shareholders, the financial community, and the public.
  • Performs any other duties as assigned on approval of the board.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (B.Eng.) from a four-year college or university
  • 15 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Eight of them must have been in management positions in a technical role
  • Experience with analysis and interpretation of documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Strong commercial understanding -impact and credibility within all levels of the business and ability to deliver
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
