Job Title: Reconciliation Officer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description 

• Validate all monthly generated payroll deductions before they are open for upload by CNL payroll within 24 hours and provide feedback to Head Internal Control necessary adjustments.
• Do monthly payroll Reconciliation and provide feedback to Head Internal Control for necessary adjustments.
• Do daily checks on the following and provide feedback to Head Internal Control for necessary adjustments.
• Fixed deposit Rolled-over transactions
• Fixed deposit liquidated transactions to SD, SAVINGS and MEMBERS AVCCOUNT
• Fixed deposit investments from SD and SAVINGS
• Daily checks for duplicates on the following and provide feedback to Head Internal Control for necessary resolution
• Fixed deposit liquidated to SD and SAVINGS
• Cash addition to SAVINGS and SD
• Rolled-over fixed deposit transactions

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields with a minimum of 2 years work experience.
