Job Title: Client Advisers

Job Responsibilities

  •     Taking Enquiries and providing necessary information to clients
  •     Disbursements of loans
  •     Providing excellent customer service
  •     Active sales of the Banking Services products
  •     Direct promotion in markets
  •     Account opening and all customer account related operations


Requirements

  •     Minimum educational qualification of B.Sc/ HND
  •     Excellent customer service relation
  •     1-2 years working experience in any related field would be an added advantage
  •     Abulity to work effectively with minimal supervision
  •     Good communication and interpersonal Skills
  •     Excellent selling and Marketing skills
  •     Active PC user
