Mulitbond Ventures Limited is a subsidiary of Bond Group of Companies (Pharmaceutical, FMCG, Carton & Paper converters, Bakery, Hotel and Hospitality).

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Account / Store Officer

Location: Mushin, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Management of PAYE and filling of the Company's Annual Returns
  • Posting of Sales Invoices of Distributors on Tally
  • Monthly Reconciliation of Physical Stocks of Lagos Depot with Tally Balances
  • Management of Chairman's Properties across Lagos State
  • Management of Lagos Office Float
  • Pricing and procurement of items for the Chairman of the Company
  • Assisting the Lagos Office Manager in Administrative Jobs, Facility Management, Importation and other Bank related assignments
  • Regular Stock-Taking Exercise
  • Any other jobs that may be assigned by the Chairman or Lagos Office Manager

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND in relevant fields with a minimum of 3 years work experience.
