Management FIRST - Our client, a leading Real Estate Company, is seeking to hire a well experienced and detailed individual to fill the position below:

Job Title: Professional Real Estate Marketer

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • A Marketer is responsible for working with other marketing staff to develop unique campaign ideas to market a company’s products, services or overall brand identity.

Responsibilities

  • Set specific marketing goals
  • Design and implement marketing strategies aligned with business targets.
  • Develop digital campaigns to increase web traffic
  • Analyze sales and marketing metrics
  • Forecast market trends
  • Research market to identify new opportunities.
  • Generate innovative ideas to promote our brand and our products
  • Address advertising needs.
  • Ensure brand consistency through all marketing channels
  • Use customer feedback to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Liaise with internal teams and ensure brand consistency
  • Establish a strong, long-term web presence.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with 3 - 5 years work experience.
  • Proven work experience as a Marketing strategist or Marketer in Real Estate.
  • Demonstrable experience with marketing campaigns and web technologies (e.g. online tools and social media)
  • In-depth knowledge of CRM software and Content Management Systems
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Team management skills.

Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 / month.
