Dmot Enterprises - Our client, a leading FMCG in Lagos with offices nationwide, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Admin Manager

Location: Onitsha, Anambra
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Lead the Administration Function activities, team and performance for the Manufacturing Center at Onitsha in Nigeria with functional responsibility for supporting all-business units under the Manufacturing Center. Support the General Manager in the planning and implementation of strategic and operational function specific plans for the Manufacturing Center.
  • Role holder must be culture-driven, open and of high on integrity, ethically and morally sustainable, keeping internal / external customer centricity as one of the key focus areas.
  • Externally the role interfaces with the Government, Regulatory Bodies, other relevant Authorities (Immigration, Factory Inspectors, third party manpower providers and neighboring communities. Internally the role will interface cross functionally and with the leadership levels. There may be travel required as per business

Other Requirements

  • BA / B.Sc / HND with an MBA preferred.
  • Professional Qualification of Chartered Institute of Administration would be an advantage.
  • Such talents must be good in Excel, PowerPoint and very conversant with the Factories Act and should be from an MNC or FMCG with 12 to 15 years of experience.
  • Such talents should currently be working with an FMCG or MNC in Onitsha.
