A Publishing and Learning Resource company with her operational Head Office in Lagos and depot across the six geo-political locations of Nigeria is recruiting suitable candidates to join the company in the capaciy below:

Job Title: Front Desk Officer

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • Receives and assesses all incoming telephone calls/inquiries
  • Collect, sort, distribute and prepare mail, messages or courier deliveries
  • Welcome guests, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct them to specific destinations
  • Maintains requisite supplies of office stationeries
  • Ensure reception area is kept neat and clean
  • Maintain office decorum and quality communication between the various parties concerned.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess an OND / HND qualification in any Administrative-related course
  • One to Two (1 - 2) years proven work experience as front desk officer or customer service representative Excellent written, verbal and non-verbal communication
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Flexible and mature in approach with the ability to work without supervision.
