We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Brand Manager

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Roles and Responsibilities

  • You are to identify attractive development opportunities.
  • As the needs arise, you are to assemble development teams, including architects, engineers, marketers, agents, builders, etc.
  • You are to negotiate and obtain planning permission and licenses and keeping abreast of general industry developments and building regulations.
  • You are to negotiate prices for the purchase and sale of land and establishing base prices for publicly owned land.
  • You are to interact with contractors, realtors, engineers, designers, municipal government officials, architects, zoning inspectors, lawyers, and other professionals on behalf and in favor of Houz n Homz properties development limited.
  • You are to propose and select site for commercial, residential, and industrial development.
  • You are to device means to Secure adequate funding for project development.
  • You are to discuss with architects, engineers, and designers to establish the design and development plans for projects.
  • You are to develop and implement new strategies for the business Brand.
  • You are to propose, initiate and oversee different profitable real estate ventures for Houz n Homz Properties Development limited.
  • You are to ensure that the ‘Houz n Homz’ brand has unique product/service qualities that would become part of its easy market penetration strategy and enhance competitive advantage.
  • You are to develop a plan that allows real estate agents to be registered with ‘Houz n Homz’ as one of many strategies to guarantee sales and maximize profits.
  • You are to seek and implement strategic technical partnership that would improve the ‘Houz n Homz’ brand and enhance sales.
  • Carry out feedback analysis with a view to improve products and services.
  • You are responsible for generating leads and also lead in the primary Business Development drive-for-profit of Houz n Homz products for its existing and prospective clients.
  • You are to develop valuable, volume and frequency sell-able Business Products, Ideas for clients targeted by Houz n Homz.
  • Lead business presentations to Houz N Homz Clients and Prospective Clients.

Requirements
Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management / Sales or other relevant field
  • Minimum of 5 years in the real estate industry on a managerial level
  • must have a proven track record of meeting sales target in the real Estate Business
  • Strong client relationship and management skills
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Have a desire to make a significant contribution to a rapidly growing organization
  • Market research experience.

  • Excellent communicator that motivates and empowers others to stretch themselves and reach high goals.

Remuneration 
N200,000 monthly + commission on sales.
