Amborg Global Resources Limited is an Engineering, Construction, Facilities Management and Real Estate Development Company.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Site Engineer

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Description

  • We are currently seeking an experienced Site Engineer with at least 15 years of experience to join our team.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all on-site construction activities to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise all on-site activities to ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and budgets.
  • Ensure that work is performed in compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  • Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve any issues or problems that may arise during construction.
  • Ensure that all materials, equipment, and tools are available and in good working condition to complete work as scheduled.
  • Monitor and document project progress, including schedule updates, quality control, and safety records.
  • Ensure that project goals and objectives are achieved and that client expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and other team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 15 years of experience in site engineering and construction management.
  • Knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Proficiency in relevant computer applications, including MS Office and AutoCAD.
