Job Title: Human Resources Officers - Ops/SD/RMP/OD/CS&O

Reports To: HR Business Partner
Function: Human Resources

Location: Lagos

Purpose Statement:
To contribute to the implementation, coordination and provision of an effective support to the delivery of the Human Resource strategy thatis aligned with the business objectives of Aero Contractors.

Key Accountabilities

Provide Human Resources administrative support to all employees.
Monitor and verify that departmental records are stored in compliance with the Companys Records management policy.
Provides support in ensuring that Performance objectives and processes for employees are aligned with company objectives as applicable.
Implement Human Resources employee service functions across the company as applicable.
Work with line managers to deliver agreed recruitment and training plans required for all functions as applicable.
Effective working relationship with line managers and specialist HR units.
Collate reports/feedback on Human Resources processes e.g. recruitment and training plans.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

This position requires a graduate with a University Degree in the Social Sciences or related discipline with at least 2 years experience in a similar position.
Good interpersonal and communication skills are also required.
Additional qualifications in Human Resources Management or Business Administration and membership of relevant professional bodies e.g. CIPM, CIPD etc is desirable.
Ability to work with extremely confidential & sensitive data is a must.
