John Holt Plc is recruiting to fill the vacant positions of: Regional Sales Managers to be based in Abuja, Lagos & Port Harcourt.

Job Title: Regional Sales Managers

Location: Abuja, Lagos & Port Harcourt

Overview:
The principal has exclusive agencies for fire engines and fire prevention products. The candidates will handle planning and execution of sales of fire engine/trucks and other safety equipment in each of the regions with a view to contributing to the achievement of central sales/revenue target of the business. Emphasises would be on ability of all candidates to prosecute quality sales targets.

Summary of Roles/Responsibility

  •     Provide multi sales support for the various brands of products
  •     Generate profitable orders, add new clients to the existing list
  •     Develop, evaluate feasibility of marketing plan to achieve higher sales/revenue, profit and market share for each line of our products
  •     Provide monthly market price report on key products
  •     Maintain sound business relationship with customers
  •     Any other job incidental to this position.
  •     Regional Sales Manager will work with other group managers to achieve the set target, but primarily responsible for developing his market and clientele.
  •     He will report to the General Manager


Objective

  •     To capture market share in key product lines, e.g. fire engines, foam concentrates, pumps, extinguishers etc
  •     Cost management commensurate with level of sales activities in the region.
  •     Contribute to increasing revenue and profit based of the unit by achieving the regional sales target
  •     Re-establish and promote the benefit of using and patronizing the companys agencies in his region


Qualification and Experience

  •     B.Sc or HND in related discipline.
  •     Minimum of 5 years working experience on sales of fire prevention products and/or commercial products.

Remunerations

  •     Attractive salary + commission + official car
