Our company has been in existence for over five (5) years and during these time we have carried out many construction project both home and abroad to our clients satisfaction.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Front Desk Officer

Locations: Ibadan and Iseyin - Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary materials.
  • Greet and welcome guests.
  • Answer questions and address complaints.
  • Answer all incoming call and redirect call and keep messages.
  • Receive letters, packages and distribute them.
  • Prepare outgoing mails by drafting correspondence, securing parcel.
  • Keep updated records and files.
  • Monitor office supplies and make orders when necessary.
  • Check, sort and forward email.
  • Take up other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess an OND / HND / Bachelor's Degree with 1 - 9 years relevant work experience.

Salary
N70,000 - N90,000 / Month.
