Job Description

• Achieving growth in the business, setting new selling standards;
• Ensuring the sales team is overachieving their targets as individuals and as a team;
• Setting objectives for the team as well as targets, and coaching and performance management;
• Recruitment of dynamic sales professionals;
• Building and maintaining long-lasting go-to client relationships, working with them to ensure all needs are met by the business;
• Working closely with the senior management team to deliver company performance and objectives;
• Identifying emerging markets and market shifts, ensuring the business is always innovative and presenting itself at the right quality and price in the current market.

Job Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND qualification with 2 - 5 years relevant work experience.
• The ideal individual will be a clear communicator, ambitious and be hungry to work for a successful business.
• Previous experience of working in sales.
• Must be able to meet targets set.
• Previous experience of working in a Production company.
• Must leave around Ota an environs.
