Willers Solutions Limited - Our client, a reputable firm in the Educational sector, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Receptionist

Location: Ile Ife, Osun
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Provide basic and accurate information about the school to visitors both in-person and via phone/email
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mails/deliveries
  • Arranging and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Monitoring office supplies and ordering replacements
  • Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks
  • Processing, typing, editing, and formatting reports and documents.
  • Filing documents, as well as entering data and maintaining databases.
  • Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms
  • Undertake receptionist duties.

Requirements

  • B.Sc / HND in a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years working as a receptionist or secretary
  • Candidates within Osun State only should apply.
