Cruxstone Development and Investment Limited is a metropolitan Real Estate Development and Investment firm, established in 2016 and with a track record of fastest selling and fastest growing high-end real estate developer in Nigeria. We boast of over 30 years of combined management experience in the real estate development and investment space and completed several millions of dollars’ worth, in urban real estate transactions all within the Lagos metropolis.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Communications and Digital Marketing Executive

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Contact prospects to book appointment
  • Send bulk emails, newsletters and e-content
  • Research prospects and provide reports
  • Research and provide weekly/bi-weekly market reports
  • Attend meeting, take minutes record keeping and filing copywriting and content development.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2 - 4 years relevant work experience.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal skills
  • Great networking skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft office including word, PP and excel.
  • Ability to adapt to work processes such as CRM software and data management
  • Research and analysis skills
  • Experience in sales and lead general.

Salary
N150,000 - N300,000 Monthly.
