Carloha is a leading Tractor Manufacturing company. In order to provide our users with more choices, Carloha cooperates with national wholesalers and all mainstream brands such as Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Toyota, and Honda.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: National Sales Manager - Tractor Business (Nigeria)

Location: Nigeria


  • The candidate will lead and expand our market share in Nigeria.
  • The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the tractor business, a strong business network, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve sales target.
  • To oversee the sales and distribution of our tractors in Nigeria.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with dealers, farmers, and other stakeholders
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales objectives Build and maintain relationships with dealers, farmers, and other stakeholders
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and take corrective actions as necessary
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, finance, and customer service, to achieve company objectives
  • Provide market intelligence and insights to inform product development and marketing strategies
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and other relevant forums Maintain accurate records of sales data, customer interactions, and other relevant information


  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Agriculture, Business Administration, Marketing, etc, possession of a postgraduate Degree an advantage
  • Minimum of 10 years experience in tractor sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Fluent in English and Hausa language
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent leadership, management skills and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and partners
  • Good analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends
  • Ability to speak two or more Nigeria major languages.
  • You are a highly motivated, results-driven individual with a passion for the tractor business and a strong desire to succeed
