A fast-rising Legal firm in Lagos is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Operations Associate

Location: Dolphin Estate, Lagos
Type:  Primary Assignment Placement
Job Category: Executive Level 
Reports to: Managing Partner

Summary

  • We are currently looking for a fresh smart female graduate or corper to support the day to day running of the firm/general Office Management

Roles 

  • Shall function as an Executive Assistant to the Managing Partner
  • Support with the general office management
  • Responsible for daily people management functions
  • Drive, edit, and proofread documents

Requirements

  • Must be a fresh Graduate of any discipline and/or Serving Corp Member
  • The ideal candidate must also be proficient in such areas like: written and verbal communication 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suit (especially PowerPoint)
  • Professional and courteous telephone manners
  • Ability to follow-up with clients 
  • Good organizational skills, particularly in diary management and scheduling 
  • Attention to details 
  • Proactive and on top of her game
