Job Title: Distribution Executive

Role Statement Summary
- Our ideal distribution Executive has overall responsibility for distribution operations, including the transportation, warehousing and inventory management of Company's product. Implement policies and procedures that optimize distribution processes and ensure compliance with established standards and regulations
Job Objectives
- Find new distributors and constantly grow the business
- Ensure the distributors are in line with Company mission and vision
- Ensure that brand and products are kept according to guidelines
- Ensure that distributors give the same service to customers as manufacturer would give.
- Work together with Marketing to update latest trends in how to showcase the products and promotional items
- Manage sales outlets and ensure sales targets are achieved through pushing stock outs to assigned outlets.
- Monitor sales data and keep up to date with current market trends and customer needs which includes customer queries and complaints
- Ensure availability of stocks in all outlets across the country and that products are updated
- Focus on activating new channels – markets and other locations
- Ensure that distributor agents and retail outlets focus on the company products.
- Be aware of all competitive activities within the territory
Qualifications
- First Degree in Science, Social / Management Science or related discipline
Job Experience
- 3+ years of dynamic professional experience in manufacturing / FMCG
- Previous experience in wholesale market of ceramic tiles or building material is compulsory.
- Clear track record of producing results in various Sales distribution roles.
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage stock distribution efficiently.
