At TradeDepot we are building the largest digital network of retail outlets in Africa and changing the way mega Consumer Goods Brands distribute products to over 5 million retail stores on the continent.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Accounts Receivable Officer

Location: Rivers

Summary

  • We are hiring a passionate and energetic A/R Officer to manage the agreed SLA on account receivables by ensuring that all outstanding sales proceeds are deposited same day of load-out.

Responsibilities

  • Cash receipt and processing.
  • Verify and accurately post receivables on ERP.
  • Report on Aged Receivables and other ad hoc reporting where applicable.
  • Ensuring queries on receivables are addressed in a timely manner.
  • Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of HND with 2 years’ A/R experience in Retail/Distribution/Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG).
  • Tech savvy.
  • Must possess good analytical and computing skills.
