We are recruiting candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Organisation and Development Consultant

Location: Lagos Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

Collecting data on the clients' current performance.
Running diagnostic tests.
Measuring performance against industry benchmarks.
Figuring out organizational needs and bottlenecks.
Developing improvement plans.
Ensuring the linkage of programs to company goals.
Working with leaders and department heads to solve specific problems.
Building the organization's stock of human capital through staff development programs.
Providing specialized industry knowledge gained from previous clients and projects.
Engaging in change management exercises with employees.
Creating and managing budgets.
Getting senior leadership to buy into the change initiative.
Performing internal reviews and audit of current systems and policies.
Performing quality assurance checks.
Administering surveys to employees.
Conduct investigations and research into reclassification and classification.
Partnering with internal and external teams to ensure deliverables are high quality and on-time and strengthen client relationships.
Consulting with clients to help them understand what their data is telling them and how they should use it.

Qualifications

First Degree in a Social Science course, a Postgraduate degree is an added advantage.
Professional qualifications and project management certifications are desirable
5-7 years’ experience in management consulting, 3 of which must have been in a structured consulting firm.
Strong business development skills with a proven track record of converting prospects to paying clients.
Experience in proposal/bid preparation.
Excellent people and client management skills.
Strong project management skills.
