Job Title: Marketing and Business Development Officer
Location: Lagos

Job Brief
- Our client is urgently seeking to employ an experience professional who is target driven and goal oriented to join their team in the capacity of a Business Development Officer.
Responsibilities
- To ensure that the company meets and surpasses their weekly and monthly financial target.
- Arranging business development meetings with prospective clients and ensuring a business contract in order to improve the business.
- Have a good understanding of the business products (spare parts) to enable the marketer to advise others about them.
- Researching and identifying new customers, new markets to ensure growth.
- Strategizing ways of reaching existing markets and ensuring development of business relationships with them.
- Developing a business development strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Preparing sales contract ensuring adherence to Machine Nation rules and guidelines (e.g, all payment should be paid into Company’s account and not personal accounts)
Job Requirements
The ideal candidate is/has:
- HND / B.Sc in Marketing, Business Administration or any other related role.
- Advance certification in MBA, Brand Management is an added advantage
- 4 years of Consultative sales experience.
- Experience in Logistics and Supply chain is a plus
- Excitement and energy for building relationships.
- Negotiation skills and the ability to use market data to educate customers.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Limited travel and possess a valid driver’s license.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Highly entrepreneurial skill.
Benefits
- Salary: N150,000 monthly
- 5% Commission
