We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Operations Officer

Location: Ejigbo, Isolo, Ijegun, Ikojun & environs Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintains a strong working knowledge of the Bank’s services
  • Ensuring all operating and security and safe working procedures are always followed
  • Ensure all necessary postings and paperwork are completed accurately to provide audit trails
  • Use various cash management systems to ensure accurate counting
  • Look for any differences or discrepancies in notes and document that are received, and raise unresolved issues with supervisor
  • Ensure prompt handling of customers’ enquiries and complaints
  • Ensure timely rendering of reports
  • Comply with the principles and policies in the company
  • Account Opening
  • Ensure adequate funds Transfer
  • Cash Management (Deposits and Withdrawals)
  • Periodic review of account Reconciliation
  • Cash receipts and payments.

Qualifications

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2-4 years experience.
