We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Research and Technical Content Specialist
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
ResponsibilitiesResearch and Analysis:
- Conduct thorough research on industry trends, customer behavior, and market insights to identify key findings and develop data-driven reports.
- Utilize our AI-powered research platform to analyze customer data, extract meaningful insights, and provide actionable recommendations to clients.
- Collaborate with the research and development team to continuously improve our data analysis methodologies and algorithms.
Content Creation:
- Develop engaging and informative content, including whitepapers, case studies, blog articles, and product documentation, that demonstrate the value and benefits of our AI-powered research platform.
- Write clear and concise content that effectively communicates complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure the content aligns with the company's branding, tone, and messaging guidelines.
Thought Leadership:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, advancements in AI technology, and customer research methodologies.
- Proactively identify opportunities to showcase the company's expertise through speaking engagements, industry conferences, and thought leadership articles.
Client Engagement:
- Collaborate with the sales and account management teams to understand client needs and develop customized research reports and content that align with their goals.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations to effectively communicate research findings and insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Business, Psychology, or a related discipline.
- 3 years of experience as a Research and Technical Content Specialist, or in a similar role.
- Strong background in research methodologies, data analysis, and statistical techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for a diverse audience.
- Proficiency in using data analysis tools and software (e.g., Python, R, Excel) and experience with AI-powered research platforms is desirable.
- Knowledge of customer research methodologies, customer journey mapping, and customer segmentation is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Prior experience in creating technical content, such as whitepapers, case studies, or product documentation, is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 / Month (Net)
