Kendrick Global Consult is a professional loan recovery agency working with so many Financial Institutions in order to help recover back their bad loans.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Titles: Loan Collector, Recovery Officer and Customer Service Representative

Location: Abule Egba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Schedule: 1 day off; 5 working days.

General Requirements

  • The Ideal candidate should understand how to manage clients.
  • Make calls to customers to pay their outstanding debt.
  • Send messages to customer.
  • Guide customers through the payment process.
  • Persuade reluctant customers to make payment promptly.
  • Meet weekly and monthly targets.
  • Give proper and correct report of work.
  • Must be computer literate.
  • Should be willing to work from the office (Monday-Saturday).

Salary
N50,000 - N150,000 Monthly.
