Job Title: Sales Executive (Real Estate)
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Brief
- The ideal role holder will be responsible for the development and increasing sales of real estate properties by following up on potential and existing clients.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent sales management experience for clients
- Proactively drive sales planning, forecasting, and sales and customer service management Develop and maintain relationships with buyers until the sale is fully completed.
- Ensure strict adherence to the company’s operational standard
- Develop and maintain an up-to-date customer and sales database
- Propose and implement sales promotional initiatives
- Participate in negotiation and ensure closure of sales processes
- Participate in the company’s annual goal-setting and budgeting process, by providing the requisite information, market intelligence, data, and insight required for the process
- Liaising with the Marketing team to organize events.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with at least 3 years work experience.
