Job Title: Business Development Manager
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Develop business plans and sales strategy for the territory that ensures sales goals and profitability.
- Prepare action plans by individuals as well as by the team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
- Responsible for the performance, coaching, reward and development of the sales team in your territory.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and activity reports submitted by the sales team.
Qualifications
- Pharmacist with at least 2 years experience in managerial position in a Pharmaceutical Company
- Must Possess strong people and Leadership Skills
- Excellent organizational Skills
- Good leadership skills
- Ability to think out of the box
- M.B.A is an added advantage.
Job Title: Brand Manager
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Sell, Market and Train the Sales Team
- Prepare and Implement annual marketing plan for the products
- Plan, organize and Monitor assignments, activities and projects in a timely manner to achieve required objectives.
- Collect, Evaluate & Interpret Internal and External market information / data to assist the company department and in appraising the effectiveness of the Marketing Plan
Qualifications
- Pharmacist with at least 2 years experience in managerial position in a Pharmaceutical Company
- Must Possess strong people and Leadership Skills
- Excellent organizational Skills
- Good leadership skills
