Job Title:  Business Development Manager

Location: Lagos
Responsibilities

  • Develop business plans and sales strategy for the territory that ensures sales goals and profitability.
  • Prepare action plans by individuals as well as by the team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
  • Responsible for the performance, coaching, reward and development of the sales team in your territory.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and activity reports submitted by the sales team.


 Qualifications

  • Pharmacist with at least 2 years experience in managerial position in a Pharmaceutical Company
  • Must Possess strong people and Leadership Skills
  • Excellent organizational Skills
  • Good leadership skills
  • Ability to think out of the box
  • M.B.A is an added advantage.

Job Title: Brand Manager
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities

  • Sell, Market and Train the Sales Team
  • Prepare and Implement annual marketing plan for the products
  • Plan, organize and Monitor assignments, activities and projects in a timely manner to achieve required objectives.
  • Collect, Evaluate & Interpret Internal and External market information / data to assist the company department and in appraising the effectiveness of the Marketing Plan


 Qualifications

  • Pharmacist with at least 2 years experience in managerial position in a Pharmaceutical Company
  • Must Possess strong people and Leadership Skills
  • Excellent organizational Skills
  • Good leadership skills
  • Ability to think out of the box
  • M.B.A is an added advantage
