Rotavans Logistics is a registered logistics company based in Lagos Nigeria. Rotavans offer various logistics services such as pickup & delivery and local clearing, etc.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Office Assistant

Location: Alimosho, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Scanning, photocopying and filing documents
  • Arranging for meetings by reserving rooms and securing refreshments
  • Maintaining office equipmentfor smooth office functionality
  • Receiving mails and dispatching accordingly.
  • Managing office supplies.
  • Opening, sorting and distributing mails
  • Recording keeping

Requirements

  • At least one year of experience in administrative or clerical roles
  • Applicant must reside around Alimosho area
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Active listening skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the flexibility to adapt to changing work demands.

Remuneration
N35,000 - N40,000 Monthly.
