We are a Logistics and Distribution firm that organizes the storage and distribution of goods. We ensure that the right services are rendered to the right location on time and at a good cost.

We are recruiting to fill the positions below:

Job Titles: Administrative Officer, Front Desk Officer and Customer Service Representative

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Greet and welcome clients as soon as they arrive at the office
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
  • Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone email
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access
  • Assistance with the administration of legal documentation
  • Complete credit and reference checks as required.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess an HND / Master's Degree / NCE / OND / PhDs / Doctorates qualification.
