Our client is an Oil Field Services Company for the Power, Oil and Gas Industry. The Company started operations over two decades ago and has strategic alliances with Overseas International Companies. The Company provides engineering services and other related services which include pipelines services, production services, marines, survey and evaluation of facilities, safety, equipment procurement, engineering designs and construction. The Company is now seeking to recruit experienced and dynamic individuals.

Roles and Responsibilities   

  • Reporting to the General Manager, you will provide a conducive work environment across the organisation by cost effectively managing and coordinating the provision of world-class administration and logistics services.
  • You must be hardworking, energetic, reliable and trustworthy.
  • You must be organised and able to take charge.
  • You will develop organisation policies and standard operating procedures for all Administrative and Logistics activities, manage the acquisition, use, and maintenance of company properties, manage air and land travels logistics and ensure adequacy of vehicles for activities across the organisation.   
  • Degree-qualified, you must have a minimum of 5 years’ administrative and logistics experience.
