We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Legal Officer (Intern)

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Description

  • Support the Company Secretary/ Legal Adviser and Asst. Company Secretary/ Legal Adviser in managing the secretariat efficiently.
  • Deliver high-quality secretarial and legal services in line with company standards.
  • Offer assistance in providing secretarial support to the management team.
  • Collaborate with the legal team to ensure smooth operations within the secretariat.
  • Aid in organizing and coordinating legal and secretarial activities.
  • Assist in maintaining legal documentation and records accurately.
  • Contribute to maintaining confidentiality and compliance with legal protocols.
  • Help manage communication and correspondence related to legal matters.
  • Participate in legal research and documentation as required.
  • Support in scheduling and organizing meetings, agendas, and follow-ups related to legal affairs.

Requirement

  • Candidates should possess a BL / LLB / JD qualification.
