We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Admin Officer

Location: Ibeju Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The Resort Administrative Officer is responsible for providing essential administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the resort's administrative functions.
  • This role includes managing office supplies, handling communication, maintaining records, and assisting with various administrative tasks to support the resort's overall success.

Key Responsibilities
Office Supplies and Inventory:

  • Manage office/ Resort supplies, including ordering, restocking, and maintaining inventory.
  • Ensure the availability of necessary materials and equipment for both office and resort operations.

Communication Management:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and guest correspondence.
  • Assist in maintaining an efficient communication system within the resort.

Records and Documentation:

  • Maintain and organize resort records, files, and documents, ensuring data is easily retrievable.
  • Implement a document management system for streamlined record-keeping.

Event Coordination:

  • Assist in planning and coordinating resort events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Arrange logistics, catering, and facilities for these occasions.

Administrative Assistance:

  • Support various resort departments by offering administrative assistance, including data entry, research, and report preparation.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments for staff.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • 3 years of proven experience in an administrative role or office support position.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office and document management systems.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive with a positive attitude.
