Job Position: Business Process Specialist
Location: Lagos
Description
- Solution definition, design, configuration and testing in SAP MM & PM Modules
- Support standardisation and simplification of existing processes and ways of working except where key legal and regulatory requirements must be applied to the standard global template
- Manage outsourced or internal resources to implement code changes within specific time and quality tolerances
- Engagement with the business process owners & facilitation of BPR/VSM workshops
- Implementation of the business change required to support operation of the standard processes and systems
- Establishing and maintaining the engagement of the stakeholder matrix and structured delivery mechanisms ensuring business changes and technology are implemented to support delivery of initiative benefit case
- Preparation of detailed Business & Functional Requirement Specifications
- Develop strong understanding of Leasing business processes as well as related supporting technology tools
- Act as the Solutions Delivery Business Process subject matter expert on all IT supported initiatives across Seaco Global Business Processes i.e. Supply, Position Lease, Manage, Sell & Enable
- Ensuring cross project issues are raised and managed both onto the Program Leadership Team, Business Delivery Steering Group and other projects in the program as appropriate.
Requirements
- BSC/B Eng Computer Science/Information Technology and other Engineering fields.
- Holders of BPM certifications and training in BPM will be given preference.
- Good network of contacts.
- Strong command of English language (verbal and written).
- At least 2-3 years experience.
- Passion for sales.
- Ability to close deals with Clients.
