Job Description:
The Ideal Candidate will be responsible for:

  •     Evaluating Sales performance in relation to a given Marketing region, segment & budget
  •     Leading and motivating a Sales team to achieve targeted Sales objectives
  •     Providing leadership that will enthrone performance driven team


Education:

  • First degree - preferably in the Social Sciences 


Experience:

  • At least 4 years Sales/Marketing experience in a manufacturing organisation
