A reputable manufacturing company based in the South East of Nigeria with branches nationwide needs professionals for immediate employment in the following leadership position:

Job Description:
The Ideal Candidate will be responsible for:

  •     Managing the workforce in a manufacturing environment.
  •     Applying modern and dynamic approach to HR management and making HR a Business Partner.
  •     Establishing an effective appraisal and performance evaluation process that will cut across departments for optimal result in the organisation.
  •     Identifying human capital needs through analysis, competency requirements, manning requirements and structure

    
Education:

  • First degree in Personnel Management or other Social Science/Art disciplines

    
Experience:

  • At least 6 years work experience with 4 years experience in Personnel Management from a manufacturing firm
