Job Title: Procurement Officer

: Ilupeju, Lagos

Job Description

  • Provide a strategic, efficient and flexible procurement service which will deliver optimum value for money, cost savings and best quality of service.
  • Advise and provide support in procurement and supplier relationships helping to drive better procurement practice.
  • Support the Procurement Manager in procurement activities such as the tender process, grant requirements, supplier relationships and contract management for goods and services.
  • Assist in the development of internal procedures and documentation in relation to UK and overseas procurement.
  • Assist our organization in managing commercial and reputational risks in its relations with external suppliers.
  • Assist with purchases and order inquiries.
  • Ensure requisitions are properly approved before purchases are made.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years’ Experience in a procurement administration role or similar.
  • Minimum of University degree or HND in Business Administration or any related field.
  • Minimum of 2nd class lower division (B.Sc) or Lower credit (HND)

  • Maintain overall quality and service standards.
  • Follow up on management team shift control issues
  • Develop Operations Excellence Audit action plan.
  • Ensure that Health & Safety and Food safety working practices are adhered to at all times

Job Title: Internal Audit Manager

Job Description

  • Plan, manage and conduct scheduled, ad-hoc and or focused, financial audit, independent Compliance, Risk, Financial, Process Control, Assets, IT and Quality Audits across all locations/markets in which the company operates in line with International Audit Standards.
  • Undertake and report on the value for money that the company obtains in all its activities with special regard to economy, efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain the company’s Quality Management system, ensuring full compliance with its guidelines and a consolidated uniform approach across the company.
  • Review and report on the accuracy, timeliness and relevance of the financial and other information provided to management for decision making.
  • Monitor the implementation of internal audit recommendations to ensure the satisfactory resolution of identified significant issues.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of University degree or HND Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field.
  • Candidate must be have ICAN, ACA/ACCA qualifications.
  • Minimum of 5 years working experience in Preparing and Auditing Financial Statement, performing Audit on various dept and systems etc.
