KNCV Tuberculosis Foundation is an international non-profit organization dedicated to the fight against tuberculosis (TB), still the deadliest infectious disease in the world. KNCV is an international center of expertise for TB control that promotes effective, efficient, innovative and sustainable TB control strategies in a national and international context. We are an organization of passionate TB professionals, including doctors, researchers, training experts, nurses and epidemiologists. We aim to stop the spread of the worldwide epidemic of TB and to prevent the further spread of drug-resistant TB.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Programme / Administrative Assistant

Purpose of the Job

The Program/Administrative Assistant is responsible for all administrative activities.
The Assistant will support the administrative department in all functions as directed.

Duties and Responsibilities

Taking of minutes of meeting
Regular update of procurement list
Handle all deliveries and dispatch; verify deliveries and signoff; ensure distribution plan, delivery vouchers are properly documented.
Assist in preparation for meetings, Printing of Agenda, following up attendance sheets etc.
Contacting vendor for procurement processes
Taking stock of project supplies
Regularly update inventory list
Booking of flight tickets
Making hotel reservations etc.
Preparation of procurement documents
Perform other additional duties as assigned.

Qualification

Bachelor's Degree (Business Management, Psychology, HR, Public Administration)

Knowledge / experience:

At least 2 years of experience in admin management,
Must be self-starter with the ability to work in a team, dynamic, solid, and open.
Must be flexible with absolute integrity, organizational awareness and understanding of cultural differences.
Knowledge of relevant software systems
Knowledge of procurement
Excellent Excel skills
Proficiency in the use of computer application (Microsoft office etc)
Excellent written and verbal English language skills
