Tongyi Group Limited is a mining and construction company with head office in Jabi, Abuja and branches in Ebonyi, Nasarawa and Benue State.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Executive Personal Assistant

Location: Jabi, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Roles

  • Calendar Management
  • Act as a gatekeeper, managing access to the executive and filtering information
  • Screen phone calls and visitors, handling routine matters independently.
  • Address issues and challenges that may arise, finding solutions or escalating as needed with full demonstration of resourcefullness.
  • Excellent and proffessional communication skill
  • Expert in travelling arrangement
  • Indept information management
  • Meeting support: Preparation and presentions for meetings
  • Ability to priotize tasks and ensure deadlines are met
  • Anticipate and proactively handle issues or challenges

Job Requirements

  • Master's Degree in related fields
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Traveling Arrangements
  • A smart lady with great sense of dressing
  • 3-5 years of experience post NYSC as an executive assistant
  • Proffessionalism with time management skill
  • Communication and problem soving skills
  • Tech savy
